Hello and a very warm welcome! I am an Intuitive Healer who will work with you to return your body to it's naturally healthy state-of-being on all levels. Healing must take place on the spiritual, emotional, and mental planes, before it can finally manifest into physical healing.
Through the use of intuition, Reiki universal life force energy, crystals, and essential oils, I work with the energy fields of the body, allowing healing vibrations to flow through me from Spirit, your guides, and angels, in order to release that which no longer honors you.
This healing flow of energy allows for the removal of blockages and imbalances and for the shifting of your energy fields back to a more open and balanced state. This more balanced, open system of energy flow results in improvement in overall wellness and well being. What To Expect During an Energy Session with Me
Your session will begin with a discussion about which areas of healing you would like to focus on. You will then lie, fully clothed, on my bodywork table. Soothing background music will be played to help you relax. I'll surround us both in white light and say a prayer of invocation. Depending on the area you wish to focus on, crystals may be placed on your body to correspond with each chakra. Should any crystal be too intense or uncomfortable for you, it will be removed and then we'll proceed with the session. Next, using various hand positions and guided by Spirit, and our guides & angels, I will channel energy into specific areas of your body using gentle, therapeutic touch. You may notice my hands feel warm, or even hot. The energy flow can also be sent by holding my hands several inches over your body. You may feel heat, coolness, or slight tingling in the area where I am working. Some clients feel nothing unusual.
Many clients become so relaxed during a session, they drift off to sleep. The healing takes place regardless whether the client is awake or asleep. Clients may get "the giggles", a feeling of exhilaration, or they may cry as old emotional baggage is released. All of these are perfectly normal. The important thing is that you are relaxed and open to receive!
As your session ends, I will have you sit up slowly when you're ready, and have you take a few moments to "come back to reality". We'll spend some time discussing the session and what took place. You should feel revitalized as though you've just had a good night's sleep. It's also very important that you drink plenty of water the rest of the day.
The energy you received will continue to work for the next 7 - 10 days, and possibly longer. Do not be surprised if you seem to be more emotional, or if you have an emotional release during this time. These are just signs that healing is taking place!
