SWEET ALMOND OIL:
Sweet Almond Oil is obtained from the dried kernels of the almond tree. It is an excellent emollient (softening and soothing to the skin) and also helps the skin to balance its loss and absorption of moisture. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, and B6 and a tiny amount of vitamin E and has a rich concentration of oleic and linoleic essential fatty acids. AVOCADO OIL:
A wonderful massage oil, Avacado oil penetrates deeply into the skin and is well suited for dry skin conditions, wrinkles, and sun damaged skin. Renowned for its healing and anti-bacterial properties. Avocado oil makes an excellent base for salves used in treating lacerations, dermatitis, acne, and similar skin conditions. Also used for post-operative dressings to prevent adhesions to wounds and skin burns while accelerating the actual healing process. Excellent for people with sensitive skin.
MACADAMIA NUTOIL:
This fine organic oil is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and closely resembles sebum; the oil your skin naturally produces. Highly nourishing, protective, and emollient, Macadamia nut oil is often used for treating scars, burns, including sunburns, minor wounds, and skin irritations. Extremely absorbant and is superb for use on dry, aging, mature skin.
PASSIONFRUIT OIL:
Exotic Passionfruit oil is pressed from the fruit kernals of the Passionflower plant. It is rich in essential fatty acids and is said to have an anti-inflammatory, soothing effect on skin, making it useful for conditions like arthritis and joint pain. Reputed to be a good additive to formulations intended for use on burns. Soothing and smooth without feeling sticky.
ROSEHIP SEED OIL:
A remarkable oil with stellar skin rejuvenating properties. Rosehip seed oil is high in essential unsaturated fatty acids. "Essential" because our body is not able to reproduce them. High in Vitamin A and Retinoic acid, initially used for the treatment of acne. Now, however, is used more commonly for sun-damaged skin, by reducing fine wrinkles and improving pigmentation and fine texture of the skin.
