Warm Summer Greetings to All! We hope you are all enjoying Summer, a time for sun, water, children and child-like play, for enjoying the bountiful vegetables, fruits, and flowers from Mother Nature. And what a fantastic season it's been so far! We have some new events to add to your calendars, and the return of some familiar ones you won't want to miss!
RAINBOW WOMAN Those of you who met Rainbow Woman while she was at Celestial Esscents in June will be excited to hear she's returning in September! Support for her was so overwhelming she added three extra days to her visit, extending her time here to six days! Every appointment slot was filled! We are so grateful to all of you who met with Rainbow. Many of us are still riding the 'high' of that magical week. For September's visit, she will be offering her Visionary Art prints, Soul-Body Alignments and Readings but will be offering some new services as well. Please watch our calendar for complete details. We'll be posting them as we receive them. In the meantime, mark your calendars for September 18-26. These are the dates Rainbow Woman will be at Celestial Esscents!

SOAPER'S GATHERING! SUNDAY, JULY 19; 2P @ BORDERS, GOVERNOR'S SQUARE MALL, CLARKSVILLE As promised during our last Soapmaking Workshop, we've scheduled our first "Soapers Gathering"! For all of us who have become addicted to soapmaking, or those just getting their feet wet, this is a time for us to TALK SOAP! Get our fix! Exchange ideas, recipes, what's new, success stories, educational disasters, ...whatever comes to mind! Share an afternoon with "like minded" people! =) So order your latte, chai, or energy drink, pull up a chair, and join us for some sudsy conversation! Remember to bring your journal or notebook! BASIC SOAPMAKING WORKSHOP Learn to make soap the old fashioned way using the cold-process method! Handmade soap retains all its natural glycerine and is extremely moisturizing. Most store "soaps" are actually detergents, and contain chemicals and synthetic ingredients, which are readily absorbed into the body through the skin. During this 7-8 hour workshop, we'll cover the history of soapmaking, basic cold-process (lye) soapmaking instruction, aromatherapy and how to create scent blends, the use of herbs and botanicals in soap, the "Ten Commandments of Soapmaking", recipes & resources, ways to package your soap for gift-giving, and more. We will make a batch of soap and after it cures, you'll receive a bar from this batch. (Four weeks).
If you would like an opportunity to participate when we make the batch of soap, you will need to bring safety glasses and a pair of latex gloves. (like dishwashing gloves). Yes, sometimes we look like quite the dork when we make soap! =) You can also just observe if you prefer. Either way, please wear something comfortable. Course tuition includes booklet, lunch, snacks, and soap. $75; (Please advise us of any food allergies). Limited Spaces Available. REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT REQUIRED. Please register NLT than Wednesday, July 29th. Half Tuition will be refunded for cancellations after Tuesday, July 28th.
COMMUNICATING THROUGH THE VEIL with FRANK CASTELLANO Saturday, August 15, 6:30p; $20 through August 14. Connect with your loved ones that have crossed to the other side. Similar to a John Edward Style Reading, Frank will stand and allow those who have crossed to come thorough and will validate, connect, and give messages from the other side. Celestial Esscents is the fourth metaphysical shop where Frank has used his gifts to deliver messages to others, and to provide mediumship to connect his clients with their passed loved ones. Frank has also used his psychic gifts to do criminal profiling to aid in police investigations. Be part of this sacred event. Attendance is limited to 20. Adults and children 16 and over only, please. We are accepting pre-paid reservations which can be made in person, or by phone with a credit card. We will close at our regular time of 6:00p and reopen at 6:30p for seating. Due to the huge popularity of this event, we'll be clearing the center of our main room and holding the gallery reading there in order to provide a bit more room. Seating will be at 6:30 and the gallery reading will begin at approximately 6:45. See you then!
