WHAT IT IS:

Precious Metal Clay is a clay like medium that contains microscopic particles of fine

silver mixed with an organic binder and water. After kiln or torch firing, the binders burn

away leaving a beautiful fine silver creation.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

This class begins with the very basics of PMC and takes you beyond those basics.

Techniques covered will also include: keeping clay hydrated, textures, construction, bail

making, sanding, torch & kiln firing, burnishing, finishing and patina. Topics to include:

Making and using Lavender paste, firing stones in PMC, tumbling and much more. You

will create your very own pendant and earrings of fine silver. This class is an excellent
