Well Ladies and Gents I am thinking of all the healthy shiznit I would LOVE to do for the coming year. One thing I feel a HUGE connection with is Yoga. I am watching this show on FitTV called Namaste Yoga. I LOVE the powder soft voice of the lady and the way it works but it REALLY dislike the commercials and having to fast forward through them. I was HOPING some little healthy nut out there would know a good DvD that is somewhat 'new agey'. I would love something with tibetan music and a leaning toward the energies and what not. Perhaps help me raise the kundalini or ya know that kinda thing.
I am not really wanting some loud yippity instructor working in silence. Just something peaceful and serene. With flow. I mean IF you can watch the show you will know what i mean. Its perfect minus the commercials and I am wanting a nice overall work out. Each show only does a position or two difference and I am not really wanting to have to watch them all and them 'stumble' in my own private routine and yeah im trying to keep it more in home.
Hey Cole! I love Namaste Yoga on FitTV, and I also love Shimmy which is bellydancing. Have you checked out the public library? They have some videos and you can check them out for FREE! or we can try to talk Peggy into moving on to phase III at CE, classes for the body! xoxo Janis
Ha! Phase l was renovating our main floor. Phase II, just completed, is the upstairs...and Phase III that Janis is referring to, is the BASEMENT! So, okay okay, if the basement stays dry this winter, we'll look into painting and finishing the basement. Then we'll be able to have yoga, bellydance classes, and who knows what all! Maybe even rituals when the weather is too cold outside! So far, we haven't heard the sump pump kick on all winter! So manifest your little hearts out.. and pray for DRY! =)
