I was thinking, (scary thing), and I decided to start a thread about our gourmet tea! We always feature a 'tea of the day' and offer samples to our guests.
For those who have tried our teas, what's your favorite???
My favorite tea is the winter mint. That is sooo much more like a desert. I have a cup everynight after my family goes to bed. I also really like the rainforest mint for breakfast, and the rooibos & roses in the afternoon. These MUST be the magic teas! The last 2 days I have really felt good, I have more energy and feel like getting up and doing something. I actually went out today and used a push mower to mow the lawn!
Judging from the amount in the container, you're in good company! It amazes me that something so good can be so good for you!! The health benefits of rooibos (which is contained in Winter Mint) are huge! Did you know you can soak in a tub with rooibos and it will help many skin conditions???
